Two problems here, 1. When I view certain documents in ghostview, the size is set to A4, but I want to print them in Letter size. Ghostview will not allow me to change the media size. An example is the "Cathedral and the Bazaar" document by Eric S. Raymond. I would like to print in Letter size, but cannot - result is when I do attempt to print it, I lose the tail-end of some pages. Any ides, anyone? 2. I tried to use the apsfilter setup utility (/var/lib/apsfilter/SETUP). The main screen appears and asks for <RETURN> to continue. This I do, then the script exits. ????? Am I missing something??

Actually, I had the same problem until I used Yast to configure printers. By default, it set up the print spooler for A4 paper size, when I selected the printer, I had it set it up for letter size. Then when Suconfig ran, I discovered I had an additional 4 spool directories for the "new printer". But at any rate, from that point on, my printouts did fit the paper instead of running over. BTW, I used one of the epson drivers for my panasonic kpx2123:-) cya l8r Leon McClatchey leonmcclatchey@homemail.com -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
