RipperX crashes when trying to build playlist
I have a peculiar issue with RipperX installed via the suser-oc2pus source. Worked fine under 10.0, but now under 10.1 it seems if a cd has 10 or more songs, it crashes while building the playlist at the end of the burn resulting in a playlist.m3u file with 9 entries only. I can burn the first 9 songs successfully, but when I try to burn the next 9, it crashes without generating a playlist.m3u file. Any one seen this or know what could be happening? I am scratching my head on this one. I've tried removing/re-installing ripperX. Both 10.0 and my 10.1 now run KDE 3.5.4 via KDE latest updates source. -- Robert

After taking off the option to create the playlist, it still does this, so perhaps this is an issue with ID3 tags, not playlists. I looked at
