[opensuse] Installer Needs: [X] Keep Packages Options for configured repos.
Guys, Looking at the number of "wrong digest" Abort, Retry, Skip messages I have gotten in this 7G download, It made me wish that during the set up for install I had been given the option to tell the installer to set the: keeppackages=1 flag for each of the configured repos. That way if worse comes to worse and I have to trash this install I don't have to download all these packages again. Is there a way I can trick it into doing this? I thought about dropping to console and manually setting the flag, but as soon as you have the repos configured, it starts loading packages -- meaning it has already read the .repo files and any changes would have been meaningless. Any of you gurus got a work-around for this? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
