[S.u.S.E. Linux] Network Scripts
From working with Redhat Linux at work, I was able to work with Network Scripts directly in the following
Since I did not get a response, I will try this again: Hello all, directory: /etc/sysconfig/networkscripts/ However, since I purchased SuSE Linux, I am not able to find this directory or any of the configuration scripts. Where might I find this in Linux? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. It sounds like this is either an application specific configuration or it is some thing specific to Red Hat. What do you need to edit these scripts for? On 24-Jul-98 Paul Brun wrote:

The init scripts unter /sbin/init.d all source the main configuration file /etc/rc.config. It also contains the network specific settings. For an explanation of the S.u.S.E. boot-concept, see "man init.d" Best regards, LenZ ------------------------------------------------------------------ Lenz Grimmer S.u.S.E.
