[SLE] Apache won't start after upgrading 6.3 -> 6.4

      After the upgrade (6.3 to 6.4) Apache won't start with the following
message:

Starting service httpdSyntax error on line 193 of /etc/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/lib/apache/libphp3.so into server: libc-client.so: cannot
open
shared object file: No such file or directory

After some searching the file libc-client.so is indeed not present on my
system (after the upgrade a lot of other links are broken, so I thought it
was a similar problem), but libc-client.a is. I've trying to find the
package which should contain the file, but without succes. Can anybody help
me to solve this one?
