I am able ocasional to get it working on 12.3 and it works until reboot or several reboots. I have seen the mail dispatcher hung up but not sure it that is the cause or resultof the problem. In all cases the log shows unable to register at the D-Bus. Once it registers it works. It also says no resources found but they are there.

I did an update yesterday and it still did not work. This morning, kmail started.
