Please. Do not mail photos or files to mail lists. Just upload the photo to a site such as susepaste.org, and post the link on the list. Please remember that not everybody has cheap, broadband Internet. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 13.1 x86_64 "Bottle" at Telcontar)

Hi Get over yourself or perhaps unsubscribe! You send an extra 272 bytes of carp with signature.asc how about removing that to save your bandwidth, with your emails yesterday to the list it was in excess of the attachment? Oh, and there has been a bigger one sent earlier this year, but I don't set your wannabe netcop response to that. -- Cheers Malcolm °¿° SUSE Knowledge Partner (Linux Counter #276890) openSUSE 13.1 (Bottle) (x86_64) GNOME 3.10.1 Kernel 3.11.10-7-desktop up 3 days 10:23, 4 users, load average: 0.03, 0.04, 0.05 CPU Intel® B840@1.9GHz | GPU Intel® Sandybridge Mobile -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Perhaps you should chill and get another cup-a-coffee. Carlos' request was resonable and polite and your response curt, personal, and abusive. Perhaps a re-read of: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mailing_list_netiquette hope your day get better :^) -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

The problem with the example susepaste is (and we see this in the forum too) is that unless you set to never expire after the default of 1 week(?) it disappears into the ether.... For the sake of some extra data downloaded or uploaded at least the information is preserved. -- Cheers Malcolm °¿° SUSE Knowledge Partner (Linux Counter #276890) openSUSE 13.1 (Bottle) (x86_64) GNOME 3.10.1 Kernel 3.11.10-7-desktop up 3 days 10:53, 4 users, load average: 0.29, 0.21, 0.14 CPU Intel® B840@1.9GHz | GPU Intel® Sandybridge Mobile -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Or host it someplace where that does not happen, ie: your own box? Iirc, the subject instance was not really needed for perpetuity so .... -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I'm just an email list user, like you, so I have the right to speak up. How do you know I did not tell them? Maybe I did in private. I do sometimes. If you want to know why I use an email pgp signature, ask. Oldtimers here may remember. It is not against this email list rules. Sending attachments is: Q3. Can I send attachments to the list? A3. The short answer is 'no'. We may strip attachments that contain something other than plain text and bounce email that only contains attachments. Likewise, HTML email is *strongly* discouraged and may be blocked as well. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
