Hi. For an RMA I got this info when I read the mail: Please use a HTML enabled browser to view this e-mail I use Thunderbird. I run openSUSE 11.0. I can also run Kmail, but none of the 2 mentioned mailers seems to be able to could read HTML mails. If the html does not use Javascript, you can save the email to a file (x) and then run the command 'lynx -dump X > X.text'. You have to tell Tbird to read the HTML, I think that it is off by default. I don't even bother to turn it on, if I get an HTML mail I either delete it or ask the sender to send again in plain text. You can't say that for an RMA (Returned Materials Authorisation), because it is in customer interest to read whole email. I did not relate to the fact that this was an RMA, but rather spoke of email in general. Thunderbird can read html perfectly, unless you tell it not to. Maybe you have to change some settings.
