Tips for an SUSE newbie?
Well I'm finally making the move to SUSE. I've been running Fedora / red hat for years. I'm currently installing open SUSE v10 on my new IBM Z60m thinkpad. I have a few questions.. I was able to add more yum repositories to fedora, is there an equivelant for SUSE? How about updating, do I stull use yum or are there other, better methods? Any general tips ? Thanks in advance for your advice...

opinion only, I like apt.
Any general tips ?
watch here and subscribe to suse-linux-e@suse.com. Actually, this forum is for the alpha/beta/unreleased next version of SUSE, 10.1. suse-linux-e is for discussion of released versions. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 http://wahoo.no-ip.org @ http://counter.li.org HOG # US1244711 Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2
