Hi All, I have come across another small issue with the Dell Inspiron 5520. I put the laptop to sleep (by closing the lid and also by the sleep icon) and this works fine. I wake the laptop up again and this works fine. At this point if I try to put the laptop to sleep, hibernate or shutdown it does nothing. (In the case of shutting down, I have a black screen with a blinking cursor on all sessions). Any ideas on how to diagnose this?
