Hi, Some days ago, I report about a problem where kde do not free rightly the kio_xxx process, because this after some time the performance of the system was slow down, but it is restored if I kill the "losted" process (more or less one hundred per hour in use). My SuSe was 8.1 with all updates and KDE 3.1.2. Yesterday I install the new SuSE 8.2 and until now no more problems. Jose Thadeu Cavalcante

I've read a *lot* of good things about the Zaurus, and I'm pretty sure I've seen apps for it and Linux on the OSDN everything letter or sourceforge or freshmeat. John - -- I needed fresh bugs for my SuSE gecko, and Linux penguin. So I went out and caught this huge ugly blue and red and green and yellow butterfly. They won't need fresh food for 3 months now. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+41PvH5oDXyLKXKQRAttxAJ9kr2bjqOYvRH1vHkzluc6RMbxY8ACeMfG0 EhJx8tZ3J6xiGiVhaGBgZ0o= =s46M -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

Take a look at the Sharp Zaurus - the 5500 version can be picked up cheap after the introduction of the 5600. If you like tinkering with linux, you'll love the Zaurus ;-) sjb
