Tomcat: mod_jk-ap20-4.1.30-3 versus jk1.2.14 curiosity

Hi all, I'm configuring several tomcat instances on a freshly installed 9.3 box. I want to configure apache as a front-end to tomcat (as I did on other 9.0boxes). The last stable version of the jk connector is 1.2.14 when the suse rpm packet is called mod_jk-ap20-4.1.30-3. Does someone know which version of jk is used in mod_jk-ap20-4.1.30-3? For the sake of curiosity, I would like to compile the jk1.2.14 source and for this I need apache2-devel (for apxs2). The fact is that I can't find it in yast (I have the box with the dvd and 5 cds) on my 9.3 box when I can find it on my 9.0 boxes. I also noticed that there were more apache2- packages with 9.0 than with 9.3. It is "normal" that those packets (and especially apache2-devel) are missing? Thanks and have a nice day, Gaël PS: I already sent this email twice but it never arrived on the suse mailing list. I hope this one will go through :-(
