I only had one problem with the installation of 10.2. The registration failed. From the log, I would say that it is related to DHCP. The address shown in the log has no relevance to my network. Initially, zen failed to installed the updates. After updating using yast, zen works fine. I have installed smart, but haven't had a chance to use it. The "Marching Penguins disappeared around midnight GMT on January 1. I compiled the kernel without problems this morning. When configuring the new kernel, I noticed that the LKCD patch is no longer part of the kernel. What is the status of LKCD? Has it given way to kexec/kdump? I liked the granularity of the LKCD dump.
