Well, since everything works, even with Apache from SuSE box, I actually don't care there will be apache in future. If SuSE decided that directory structure should be like this - no problem. Just let us know there to find it .:) Because the problem actually is : JServ if it's runs without parameters tries to find "default" directory for apache .. AND worst of all -- somehow it actually finds it but i suppose in wrong place and it doesn't' return error messages and continue configuration. So user have no idea that something goes wrong ( usually there is a message - can't find apache installation directory or smth like this) Result : mod_jserv.so not compiled. And after all this it's really hard to guess specify --with-apache-installation=/usr..( or whatever it'll be ) SO It'll be very nice to see troubleshooting guide for this issue on SuSE support db. I think it'll solve all complains at least for now .Just not to make people search Internet to find out what to do . Because people who new in Linux and just have bought SuSE Linux have rights to know what's going on. And first place where they will go - on SuSE web site.(Hopefully :)) - or they will call SuSE tech support :) ) Thanks again to everybody in forum and SuSE team for great product anyway . Can anyone recommend a strong, good priced graphic card? Not looking to do any major graphical development but would like something that works well with Suse. Hi, If you are looking for a cheaper card that still has some ability, I would suggest looking into the Permedia2 chipset cards. I bought mine (graphics blaster exxtreme) for $25 and it runs very well with SuSE. James bond225@tiac.net On Wed, 1 Sep 1999, Stathy G. Touloumis wrote:

Sorry if this question has been posted. Been busy configuring current version : ) Purchased my copy of 6.1 through a local retail shop. Am I eligible for the 6.2 upgrade and what is the easiest way to get it. Thanks, -- Stathy Touloumis, CTO - JASKE.COM 'innovative I/net' JASKE.COM, Inc. 3555 W. I'm using a Matrox Productiva G100 8MB card that sells pretty cheap now and it's been great to me. I get great resolution and good speed on my screen. I worried when I bought it, but I haven't had any trouble with it at all. I don't play any demanding games or anything or I might want something a bit heartier. Of course the G200 would probably be a better choice and easier to find, but I haven't personally used it. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Darren R.
