Re: [SLE] CUPS and SuSE 9.1
Hi Johannes, I was refering to the /etc/cups/ppd directory. It is empty for me. The /usr/share/cups/model does contain zipped .ppd files. Is this how it should be? After configuring the HP print server, it (yast) does not ask me anything about the actual printer. Do I need to go a second time through yast to configure it? Thanks, Babu --- Johannes Meixner <jsmeix@suse.de> wrote:

See our support database. There is a detailed explanation there.
I looked under the PPD directory and it was empty.
I cannot guess what you mean with "PPD directory" (/etc/cups/ppd/ or /usr/share/cups/model/ or whatever) but

should help in case of general problems.
