Hi Andrei, very sorry not having thought about it. Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20230922 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0 Qt Version: 5.15.10 Kernel Version: 6.5.4-1-default (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics Memory: 62.6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon Pro W5500 Product Name: X570 Phantom Gaming 4 I had pitivi previously installed, but uninstalled to circumnavigate the error. Hence I tried the install once all updates were in place but the error remains, so I thought to investigate if at times a bug shall be rased. Thank you for your patience.

I think it's a dependency misconfiguration. With python311-pooch-1.7.0-1.1.noarch pitivi seems to work fine for me, on Tumbleweed (20230922). Regards. --- ┏━━┓彡 野宮 賢 mail-to: nomiya @ lake.dti.ne.jp ┃\/彡 ┗━━┛ "Bill! You married with Computer. Not with Me!" "No....., with money."

librosa failed to build against current pooch (some tests failed), so you are left with an outdated package with requirements that are no longer available. If you do not need librosa itself, just remove it.

Any suggestion or should I raise a bug? I think librosa is drawn is as "recommends" by pitivi (or as a dependency). I actually ignore if the requirement is binding (hence influencing the functionality of pitivi or no.
I will simply try to open a bug against the problem, as I have no urgency but other users should not run into the problem. Thank you for your help and interest to both of you @Andrei and @Masaru
