Hey list, I'd like to map mouse button combinations to commands/scripts. Does anyone know of a way to do something similar to xbindkeys but for the mouse? Reason: I just installed 3ddesktop [1] and would rather not have to hit the keyboard in order to activate it. Thanks, -Dan [1] http://desk3d.sourceforge.net => http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/rpm-navigation.php?cat=/Utilities/3ddesktop

There is a mouse gesture capability in the KHotKeys module: - KDE Control Center -> Regional & Accessability --> Gestures Tab Perhaps this can be made to do what you'd like.

This just recently came to my attention. I'm curious about what utility or interest value it has and how stable it is. I figure I'll give it a try when it becomes a little more mature. I distrust software whose version number is so low...
Thanks, -Dan

This would be great if I weren't running Gnome ;)

I figure it can't hurt to try it out.... It's really just eye candy as it gives very little additional functionality. -Dan
