[opensuse] TW - firefox stopped working, printscreen does not launch spectacle ?
On a fairly ancient desktop machine (office25), upgraded yesterday - firefox does not start properly. See http://files.jessen.ch/office25-20200902_092137.png Second, when I tried to take a screenshot by hitting 'PrintScreen', it did not launch Spectacle. No problem starting it manually. Somehow ISTR having seen that Firefox issue before? -- Per Jessen, Zürich (0.0°C) http://www.dns24.ch/ - free dynamic DNS, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Seems to be a known issue: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1653226 According to one entry:
Simple solution is to run "firefox --safe-mode" and click "Refresh Firefox".
I'll try that. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (16.5°C) http://www.hostsuisse.com/ - virtual servers, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
