Re: [S.u.S.E. Linux] system requirements
Sounds like your graphic-card is pretty slow or you're running a slow X-Server. You should try to get an accelerated server for your card or if it doesn't help get a new card :-) Stefan Seifert E-Mail: Stefan.Seifert@Informatikbuero.com home: www.ifb.at/stefan

hi all,
just a quick question. everything is working fine on my linux unit except for the fact that it is very slow when trying to use my applications under X.. I am using a pentium 120 with 64 mb's of ram, I had just upgraded the ram in hopes that it would speed up, especially trying to use the communicator from Netscape. The processor doesn't appear to be saturated. if i were in a microsoft env I would rip out the system board and upgrade, is this the case here?
thanks ever so much,
:)
