Re: [SLE] Quick LVM question
hi use for share memory cheers Francois
Hi all,
I was modifying my LVM configuration when I've noticed something unknown, after issuing the df command :
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on /dev/hda1 497829 92395 379732 20% / /dev/system/home 3985280 137620 3847660 4% /home /dev/system/opt 5242716 33260 5209456 1% /opt /dev/system/usr 9334492 769880 8564612 9% /usr /dev/system/var 7028516 59708 6968808 1% /var shmfs 127188 0 127188 0% /dev/shm <-------------------- What's this? /dev/system/mysqldb 3145628 32840 3112788 2% /mysqldb
What is shmfs?
Thanks!
