I've noticed that when the software updates installs packages, there may be more than one line about successful updates. For example there was just an update and the pop up box had 2 lines, one for 7 packages and one for 6. That will mean waiting for the next update. However, it's just a pop up box that sometimes has more than one line about successfully updating x packages. It's not a problem, just something I'm curious about. Also, getting a capture may be difficult, as that pop up disappears when I do something. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Then perhaps a camera :-) I can not imagine it, I guess it is from package kit. I always uninstall it. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.0 x86_64 at Telcontar)
Hi James, do you mean the Applet from your DE like Plasma or "zypper up" on the cli? On Plasma I noticed the same and I guess it's due to the severity of the patch like "moderate" and "important". In zypper on the cli these updates are also listed seperately I think. Simon Am 20.06.19 um 23:32 schrieb Carlos E. R.:

then that would be something very new ... I guess it's in Plasma. It's just the automatic update that looks for new packages. I can also manually run it from the task bar. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

New to OpenSUSE. (Tumbleweed.) Have received a message that there are over 2000 upgrades available on a system dated 2019 05 27 which seems like a lot in just a month. Is this correct? And what must I do to apply them all? Thanks--doug -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

With Tumbleweed, quite likely.
And what must I do to apply them all?
