open office looks ugly
Hi everyone. Is there any way I can change the fonts used to display the pull down menu headers, 'File', 'Edit', 'View' etc? Under KDE they look fat and ugly. Under windowmaker or Xfce they look fine. I have ttf's with antialiasing working under KDE. I'm using SuSE 8.0. Thanks, Steve.

The answer you're looking for is here: http://www.openoffice.org/FAQs/fontguide.html Scroll down to the bottom of the page and read the second last question/solution. A simple sans-serif font looks best, but you can pick any funky font you want (that you have installed of course). C.
