Unfortunately, this is not the latest version of SSH available. According to SSH's ftp, the latest one is the new 2.1.0 , which is compatible with 1.x versions... You won't be able to find this one in RPM versions, but only in tarballs versions (I think). They're pretty simple to install. You can find them on www.ssh.org. Follow the download links....
