[opensuse] MPLayer Plugin for Firefox
I have 10.3/32-bit with KDE 3.5 and Firefox 3.03 with the QuickTime Plug-in 7.4.5 running mplayerplug-in-qt.so / mplayerplug-in 3.55. Lately, I've noticed that - instead of embedded videos for the quicktime trailers - that a separate mplayer window is opening with some funky tab on teh left side. Here's what I see now: http://www.perfectreign.com/stuff/2008/20081018_mplayer_seperate_window.png Here's what I used to see: http://www.perfectreign.com/stuff/linux_dell600m_penguins.jpg That was taken on 9.3 or 10.0 with Firefox 2.x sometime in 2005, but has been the same until a few weeks back. Apparently. :P I removed the settings for quicktime. I now have proper functionality. http://www.perfectreign.com/stuff/2008/20081019_mplayer_embedded.png Now back to our previously scheduled program, already in progress... -- k -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
