In juno they store mail in hugh files with a form of Unicode header/footer which can be broken apart by Winzip if small enough less than 1.5 meg. I want to break out and store that mail eventually to archive, especially mail from support lists like this. How can this be done? /~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\ | Carl William Spitzer IV | | cwsiv@linuxmail.org cwsiv@fuckmicrosoft.com | | member Orange County Linux Users Group http://www.oclug.org | \---------------------------------------------------------------/ ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! Try notsohotmail.com or networld.com, or anyone else who uses a standard POP server. then you can use a standard mbox or mailbox format. FWIW, i've thought of doing up a server for friends and family, I'd offer you an account,if it was up. but my knowledge isn't to the point I'm ready to set up one (nor is my bandwidth) Joe - -- SuSE Linux 8.2 (i586) Kernel: 2.4.20-4GB / i686 | Posted from: linux ~ 6:32pm up 0:18, 1 user, load average: 0.27, 0.22, 0.13 Atlanta makes it against the law to tie a giraffe to a telephone pole or street lamp. nqs@tmcom.com | http://tigger.tmcom.com/~nqs/blogger.html -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQE/qwc7oS1S7SxfpzwRAtqsAKCIXG/xkpGUOelL1ZysIcapw1zbqgCcCYL+ GJPI5E1/mecLlNHcOtG1zMY= =y8kR -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
