Sad, very sad..... but then would you have expected anything else? Cheers. -- Yes, I AM a certified Cleavage Inspector.
I have heard that M$, before releaseing a product (Windows Vista) - they force install the BETA on ALL their user's PC inside the corporation, and give BETA's away for home-testing. I think - it would be a good practise for Novell - to force install SUSE Linux on all their PCs. the debugging/bugzilla reports will flow in faster. The only question - if Novell can handle such a big flow of bug reports and fix them all ?

So, sometime between now and whenever Vista is released (2009?) we can expect to see the entire Microsoft Corp grind to a halt ?
I afraid - no. because they but more advanced BETAs on less experienced user's PCs. and fix quickly... Inside single corporation it's easier to do. But defitenely - more bugs can delay Vista even more... On the our side - SUSE Linuxes need more testing too... Myself found about 40 bugs in SUSE Linux 10.0 BETA's - all reported, but unfortunately not all fixed :( ...
