[opensuse] OBS source rpm dependency
Hi all, I am trying to build an RPM from the source RPM (obtained from OBS). Usually this works fine. Now I am trying to build pidgin-sipe (company has gone all Microsoft Lync on me), but when run the rpmbuild command, I get: pkgconfig(nss) is needed by pidgin-sipe-1.12.0-3.1.2.src What package provides this on openSUSE 11.2? I am building it because I need it on openSUSE 11.2. Otherwise I would just use the pre-built RPM. This method has been working great - up until now. I am trying a source RPM from 11.4 and 12.1. These have usually been working fine with 11.2. Great. Now I see that installing the -devel version leads to version issued. Odd when mozilla-nss itself is installed. Not sure why it is not finding the exact same version of the -devel RPM. But at least I know what to solve. OOC, other than asking, how would I find that this package provided pkgconfig(nss)? Are the discontinued 11.2 repos not configured on your machine? ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/discontinued/distribution/11.2/repo/oss/ ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/discontinued/distribution/11.2/repo/non-oss/ ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/discontinued/source/distribution/11.2/repo/oss/ ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/discontinued/update/11.2/ because if you had them you would find such info.
