Has anyone noticed that their mouse settings under 9.3 are not persistent? The system doesn't seem to know there's a mouse attached when it reboots or when you log out and log back in.

What sort of mouse settings do you have that don't persist? And what is your settings in /etc/X11/xorg.conf, in the InputDevice section for the mouse?

And what is your settings in /etc/X11/xorg.conf, in the InputDevice section for the mouse? I also had the same problem with my mouse (Logitech wireless), that was not recognize automatically during the install. The problem is finished after I install it configuring the input device on sax. Correct mouse settngs, mouse is not recognised between logins.

Section "InputDevice" Driver "mouse" Identifier "Mouse[1]" Option "ButtonNumber" "4" Option "Device" "/dev/mouse" Option "Name" "PS/2 Logitech Mouse" Option "Protocol" "imps/2" Option "Vendor" "Sysp" Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" EndSection Mouse is Logitech USB with scroll wheel. This config is from initial install with borrowed mouse (PS/2) and keyboard. I have used YAST -> Hardware -> Mouse to set up the mouse, highlighted "Intelli/Wheel mouse (USB)" using scroll keys and mouse then works. Clicked accept (TEST does not do anything) and the mouse selection window closes (without seeming to write anything) period back to YAST's main screen. I did, as was suggested just after you published this, go into SAX and configure the mouse, that has worked, the settings persist.
