Is there a command that list the available logical volumes available in a system/vg? vgscan shows the volume groups. vgdisplays shows info about a vg. there is pvdisplay and lvdisplay. I look for something similar as vgscan, but than for logical volumes. (imagine if you have 30 lv's on a system, and you need to remember all there names ;) -- Richard

Don't know what happened, but just after pressing sent I found lvscan :))
