Do you have secure boot enabled? Can you boot if you disable secure boot? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Apparently this is a bug in Grub EFI update that I installed today. Disabling "Secure Boot" allows me to boot OS. I posted this in the forums and someone else posted a bug report. Hope it's fixed soon, thanks! Jesse -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

It's your system using UEFI+SecureBoot? Does it came with Windows 8? Otherwise, it is unusual. Check on your BIOS or UEFI options before the opereationg system starts. Regards,l Hi,
I'm running a custom built desktop system. The motherboard is an ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Yes, I am using "Secure Boot" with UEFI. I found a work-around. And someone with similar problems posted a bug report. Jesse -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
