1) To be able to compile the source in SuSE 5.3 youll first need to start yast and install gpp which is a C++ compiler its

FME people have had better luck (success) with the source code. Its trivial to compile and install, all thats needed is the gpp you can get a detailled description from my page basically get the source, put in your / dir, type tar xzf wvdialcompletepackage name (hint- use tab key to complete the filename) cd wvdialdir make make install then wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf cd /etc pico wvdial.conf add your info remove the remarks ; type wvdial thats it (easier done than said) rob Linux Home page <A HREF="http://www.connix.com/~dizzy73/LBM.htm</A">http://www.connix.com/~dizzy73/LBM.htm</A> - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A> and the archiv at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A>
