And the point is: NT _crashes_ ('blue phenomena,)...
95 _does_ crash even more often, but... like... softly ?
It slows down, slows down, slows down... all your windows are white and
unpainted...
Maybe you can save one or two apps (CrashGuard, CCTask, ...) !!
OK, they're not worth the NT TaskManager, but when NT crashes, you don't
have the time to run it !!

just get Linux... ALT+Fx and kill -9 ...
