Thanx, Carlos. I looked for about an hour for that manual, and everything I touched wanted me to sign up for something or download something I don't want. I was looking from Windows, since that's the machine that can print. As I said, Micro Center did not provide any user data at all, so I will certainly download this and print it out. It's an FTP site, I don't see how it can ask you anything. It is not a web page. Unless you forgot to type the "ftp://..." part. It is not "http://..."
I will email you the PDF.
Thanx again. How does one find a file in an FTP site? Is there some app like Firefox that looks for files in an FTP location somewhere?
You don't need to search, I gave you the exact URL - I'll repeat it: ftp://asrockchina.com.cn/Manual/H310CM-HDVM.2.pdf Which means: FTP protocol asrockchina.com.cn host or machine /Manual/H310CM-HDVM.2.pdf Path and file name. And I used firefox. There are many other programs that will do. On Windows, I think explorer does it, or WinFTP, or Firefox. I just clicked on the URL as written and found by google: ftp://asrockchina.com.cn/Manual/H310CM-HDVM.2.pdf It is an ancient protocol, older than web pages. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
