YOU doesn't connect to master server
SuSE 8.2, installed from DVD. A YAST2 online update was done eight days ago from http://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/suse per /var/lib/YaST2/you/config. Tonight YAST2 online-update produces an Error: "Cannot connect to http://www.suse.de/cgi-bin/suseservers.cgi. Check your connection." Galeon is getting www.suse.de just fine tonight. According to the YAST2 editor for /etc/sysconfig, YAST2_LOADFTPSERVER=yes, so YOU is trying to update the default server list in /var/lib/YaST2/you/youservers from the "master" server. There are no user specific servers available in /etc/youservers; everything is commented out. Where does YAST2 get (store) the master server address that it is trying to reach, <http://www.suse.de/cgi-bin/suseservers.cgi> and is this still the proper address for the master server? I can't find it with Galeon. The default server list in /var/lib/YaST2/you/youservers is: http://ftp.leo.org/download/pub/comp/os/unix/linux/suse/suse http://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/suse http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/suse ftp://ftp.leo.org/pub/comp/os/unix/linux/suse/suse ftp://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/suse ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse ftp://download.sourceforge.net/pub/mirrors/suse/suse ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/Linux/distributions/suse/suse ftp://ftp.rz.uni-ulm.de/pub/mirrors/suse ftp://gd.tuwien.ac.at/linux/suse.com/suse ftp://ftp.suselinux.hu/pub/suse ftp://fr.rpmfind.net/linux/SuSE-Linux
