Some additional info:
1. its only in openoffice
2. The wrong charset is only in the dynamic menuwindows and buttons
    even in the help, the left pane (directory) is unreadable the right 
pane (the help text) has the correct charset.
3. The used language is us-english, als text is in english its only on 
some places the wrong chacters.

I hope somebody has knowledge about this problem, i deleted the ooo 
directory in my home environment, i deinstalled openoffice but i have 
still the wrong characters in my menu's.
