I am using openSUSE 13.1 KDE.
With the stock KDE or the version from the "current" repo? The window decorations and desktop theme are in the "Workspace Appearance" module of "System Settings". The "Application Appearance" module has panels for colour theme and widget styles. Dx
Any help on this ?
