My ISP didn't publish it either. I went with what others in the pfSense forum were doing and later, someone in my ISP's community forum posted what was needed for pfSense. However, I have never seen anything official from them.
My router has to cover TV, internet, and possibly, voice phone. It is complicated. Forget anything about making my own box, it has to be something purchased and almost ready to go by a dedicated manufacturer that understands these people. A box that says "Telefónica Spain fibre router ready". They maintain it remotely, and without that, IPv6 would not be working now.
