You can run a live image, setup a the network on your laptop. Mount your partitions accordingly (sorry can't provide details without knowing your position layout), don't forget to bind mount /dev. Then chroot to your mount point. You can then configure the repos with "zypper ar". Then you can run "zypper dup" it should sort things out for you.
