IP TAbles to restrict some IP's of using the NAT

      hi guys... how could I filter which computers could get to some outsider 
host with IP Tables

Eg.

I have the following rule:

iptables -A FORWARD -d 66.66.153.63 -j DROP

but I want to restrict it only for some internals IP's not for all... how 
could I do that ?
