6. Network Manager still doesn't show any wireless connections when using my atheros based cards. I also tried using my Linksys WPC54G v3 card and still no available connections. I know there are at least 6 connections available from another laptop sitting beside my thinkpad.
Ok, found out that if I use the connect to 'other networks option' with my Netgear WG511T card, it will then show a list of available networks. With my DLink DWL-G630, it shows none. I can connect only using the Netgear card. The cards use the same atheros driver. It still won't show a list of available networks by just clicking on the network manager icon with the right mouse button. My linksys card requires firmware, so that's not a card I intent to make use of. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
