Newbee-Eagle-usb driver for adsl modem

Hi, does anyone have instaled Eagle-usb adsl modem drivers inside suse 9.2 with success? What are the right steps? I installed them for my usr 9000 as I did for Mandrake distro by "untar and make make install" commands with ver. 2.0 of Eagle-usb driver but I can't browse to any directions and virtual eth01 haven't any ip address even if adsl usb modem seems to works.
