[opensuse] What the hell? "zypper patch" wants to change my system from X86_64 to i586?????

Hi, I think this latest patch for libsolv is SERIOUSLY broken (on openSUSE 13.2) "zypper patch" results in a list of several hundred architecture changes, all changing from X86_64 to i586 ????? The patch in question is: openSUSE-2016-838 Please can someone fix that mess ASAP?
