Include the susehelp configuration by adding "/etc/httpd/susehelp.conf" to APACHE_CONF_INCLUDE_FILES in /etc/sysconfig/apache2, restart apache, and let me know if that helps.
Don't forget to edit /etc/sysconfig/susehelp.

I've only got a partial fix. I can access some of the pages, but some are not valid and give an error 404.
