I have stock install of SuSE Linux 8.0 with all partitions as reiserfs ReiserFS version 3.6.25.
Is there anyone who has successfully and reliably NFS exported [server] and mounted [client - this should be the easy part.] reiserfs with the kernel that I have - 2.4.18-4GB ?
I've been doing it for years. There is nothing to it. Create an /etc/exports, for example: /usr2 \ 150.232.0.0/16(rw,sync,squash_uids=0-100,squash_gids=0-100) \ 198.144.46.0/24(rw,sync,squash_uids=0-100,squash_gids=0-100) /usr3 \ 150.232.0.0/16(rw,sync,squash_uids=0-100,squash_gids=0-100) \ 198.144.46.0/24(rw,sync,squash_uids=0-100,squash_gids=0-100) and start the server. -- Rafael
