How do I add this? http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Printing/openSUSE_13.2/ Thanks I added it using zypper. Good. I have a problem which I am sorting out. If you can help, please do so. Thanks.
Click on the URL(s) you've been given using a browser to determine that the .repo file, for example, is accessible.
Make sure this is not a network problem or a typo problem. You can see it's not a typo. I posted the output from root. Please read

I realise that my saying, Yamaban saying "it works for me" is of no help to you, but we're "elsewhere" with different network connectivity. We can access that server, that file.
So then, do not say it.
Right now I'm thinking that if you don't have (possibly intermittent) network problems then there is a typo somewhere.
Rather than cut-and-paste the whole thing, build up

start with
$ firefox <url>
if the url comes up, Ok. If not then you have a typo. This determines you have a correctly typed URL and that the target is accessible.
Then edit that command line to replace "firefox" with "sudo zypper addrepo -n Printing ...." And all the rest.
The man page on the shell explains command line editing, but its not complicated. At a blank command prompt the up arrow key recalls the previous command. Then the left/right arrow keys to move and backspace to delete on the line, and type in what else you need. You can do wondrous things with the CLI that are impossible with a GUI!
