Currently there's no way to do this using YaST. The LS-120 is accessed as a removable hard drive (/dev/hdd instead of /dev/fd0). So you'll have to create a bootdisk manually. But normally this isn't really necessary as you can use the installation boot disk to start your installed system.
Or at least is it possible to re-boot on my CD and to specify to boot on my Linux partition ?
Yes. Just boot like for an installation. When linuxrc starts, just choose "start installation/system" -> "boot installed system". No specify your root partition and the installed system will be started. Oh yes: Of course you might need to load some modules for your hardware before you boot the system this way.
