I foolishly upgraded my graphics drivers and now have an unbootable system. It gets halfway through the boot sequence then produces a message about NVRAM over and over ad infinitum. It scrolls past too quickly to read. Anyway, what I'd like to do is boot into the machine in text mode (I think this used to be called runlevel 3, in legacy grub days), from where I could run yast and reinstall the correct graphics drivers. But, I don't how to do this. I've tried pressing 'c' to get to the grub> prompt, but don't know what to do next. [Tab] gives a list of options, but none of them seem relevant. -- Bob Williams -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
