i have 32-bit oS 11.2 KDE 4.3.1 installed on a machine that can do 64-bit, and the performance is less than stellar
i installed by downloading the 32-bit iso, burned it to DVD, and used it to boot/install (upgrading a 10.3 suse)
i want to try with a 64-bit kernel, and with the newer KDE 4.3.4 now in STABLE, but i'm not sure how to get there from here
Care to explain why you need a 32 bit OS in a 64 bit machine ?
when i installed the 32-bit oS i wasn't sure the box was capable of 64-bits and i knew it would work with 32 -- i was trying to maximize the probability of having it work -- it does, but now i want it to work better -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
