Not in detail, no. I saw "how do I solve this" and "it's solved via webmin, here's what webmin changed", and then just glanced at most of the "but you'll reject valid email! You're crazy!". This wasn't supposed to be a "RTFM, idiot" post, but rather one that notes docs you might have missed otherwise.

Access control = controlling access to your mail server. That includes rejecting spam. There used to be a separate UCE section up there, but that got merged in with the access control stuff because it's technically access control. :)
