There are many ways. There is a module in YaST that display services and their status, and allows you to change them. Or you can call "rcups restart" or "systemctl start cups.service" (and [TAB] completion helps along the way. All this is in the book. https://activedoc.opensuse.org/book/opensuse-reference/
